Tartufata Bianconi: the authentic taste of Umbria.
This fine sauce brings the authentic flavours of Umbria, a land of gastronomic excellence, to your table. Perfect for enhancing any dish, it can be used to spread on crostini, season pasta and risotto, or to stuff ravioli and crêpes. It can also be used to enrich meat dishes such as escalopes, tagliata and roast beef.

Storage:
The unopened jar can be stored at room temperature; once opened, store in the fridge and use within 5–6 days.

Cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) and other varieties, corn seed oil, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, salt, parsley, garlic, pepper and flavourings.
