    Guided session with controlled introduction into the truffle ground, ideal for those taking their first steps in the world of truffles. "Possibility of inserting the novice dog into work sessions with a dog experienced in truffle hunting: the expert subject provides for the signaling of the presence of the Tuber, subsequently allowing the novice to intervene in the digging and recovery phase. This method facilitates learning through direct observation and practical experience in a real environment."
