Semolina gnocchi with truffle Marzolino

Ingredients for 4 people

250gr semolina,

50gr butter, 2 yolks

50gr grated parmesan cheese,

1lt whole milk,

salt to taste

To season: melted butter and fresh truffle or one of our sauces.

Procedure:

Bring the milk to the boil with a pinch of salt, pour in the semolina and, stirring constantly, continue cooking for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool and add the butter, Parmesan cheese and egg yolks to the mixture one at a time.

Tip the mixture onto a dampened work surface and, using a wet spatula, spread a layer 1cm thick. Leave to cool. Using a small pastry cutter, cut out 4 cm discs from the cold semolina.

Heat the gnocchi in a non-stick frying pan to obtain a nice external browning, arrange them on a serving plate, drizzle with melted butter and complete with slices of fresh truffle or with one of our products such as: "Dried Truffle", "Frozen Truffle Butter", "Frozen Black Truffle Slices", "Butter and Truffle Dressing", "Truffle Sauce" or "White Truffle Sauce".
