Salmon with truffle pearls

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 slices of smoked salmon;

4 generous tablespoons fresh ricotta cheese;


1 jar of Truffle Pearls by Tartufi Bianconi;

green salad;

Vinegar by Tartufi Bianconi.


Finely chop the chives and mix thoroughly with the ricotta cheese. Spread the mixture on the salmon slices and roll up, cut into two parts.

Dress a few leaves of salad on a serving plate, lay the two salmon rolls on top and sprinkle a teaspoon of Truffle Pearls, previously drained of their liquid.
